Do you do corsages and boutonnieres?
Yes! We do our best to accommodate same-day and last-minute orders whenever possible. However, availability depends on our current order volume and flower inventory. If you do need a corsages or boutonniere the same day, we encourage you to place it as early as possible. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us—we're always happy to help!
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, provided the order is placed before our shop's daily cutoff time (which is usually around 4pm local time Monday-Friday and 1pm on Saturdays).
What is your delivery fee and area?
Fees depend on the distance or zip code from the shop, and and we have a defined local delivery radius (Visit our website, enter the recipient's address, and the delivery fee will be calculated for you automatically.)
Can I pick a specific delivery time?
While we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times—especially during busy holidays—we're happy to accommodate morning or afternoon delivery requests whenever possible on non-holiday dates. When placing your order online, you may also select your preferred delivery time window (for example, 10:00 AM–11:30 AM). Please note that these time windows are requested preferences and cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will typically leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location whenever possible. They will also leave a delivery notice and attempt to call, text, or both to notify the recipient and coordinate delivery. (To help ensure a successful delivery, we strongly recommend providing the recipient's phone number when placing your order online.)
Can I request a custom arrangement?
Yes, we can design custom pieces based on your preferred color scheme, budget, and style.
Will my flowers look exactly like the online picture?
Pictures are a guide; substitutions may occur based on daily seasonal flower availability, but the overall style and value remain the same.
Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?
Yes. We require a minimum purchase of $55 (before delivery fees and applicable taxes) for all delivery orders.
