The arrangement turned out beautiful. As a fairly new resident within Hunt County Texas, I was not familiarized with any florist nearby. I wanted to send an expression of sympathy to a family member so I took a chance on this florist not knowing what the outcome would be. Although I found several florists, this particular one stuck out to me because of the options available in the photos depictedon their website. Often we hesitate when we see photos of different plants or flower arrangements offered because we always question whether they will really look like the photo represented on any website. I took the chance, and the chance paid off. I even received a photo of the arrangement once made prior to routing for delivery. Upon receipt of the photo. I immediately contacted the florist because the photo showed it was sitting beautifully arranged out in the sun. Well, silly me questioned the florist and expressed concern that it was sitting out in the sun. I didn’t realize that they placed the arrangement very briefly in a location that would highlight its beauty prior to placing it in the vehicle for delivery. I was panicked that it was just sitting in the sun in the photo. But that wasn’t the case at all. I found out because they immediately responded to my message, saying they took photos of the arrangements at their location to provide to the customer before transporting them to their destination. While I felt silly questioning them after I found that out, I was very much relieved that they cared enough to respond so expeditiously to my inquiry. And I suspect they understood my concern being I had never utilized this florist before, and this was just part of what they did which is a fantastic thing for the customer. To know what was being delivered, how it would be presented, and the fact that it replicated exactly the photo that I saw on their website was very pleasing. Additionally, I ordered this in the morning and scheduled delivery for around 4:30 PM. I knew I was taking a chance with a short time frame. But this florist did not disappoint. The arrangement was delivered the same day, in advance of the time scheduled. The deceased recipients daughter upon arrival at the funeral home immediately contacted me to not only extend thank you for the arrangement but commented on how beautiful it was. She sent me a photograph of the arrangement and I was blown away by how beautiful it was, and how it replicated exactly, the photo on their website. I think it’s important for others when you look for a florist and you have uncertainty about who to use and you don’t know anyone perhaps who could give you a recommendation, sometimes it is good just to take a chance. And I can assure you taking a chance to utilize this florist will be worth your while. What they represent on their website is factual as it relates to the type of arrangement one might order, and whether you pick a standard arrangement, deluxe arrangement, etc., what you select is met as a relates to the quantity and quality you pay for, communication is reciprocal and expeditious when needed, tracking and delivery updates are made available, and their overall service is outstanding. So if you’re reading this and you’re wondering whether you should take a chance on this florist, I highly recommend you do as I took a chance, the chance paid off, and as a result, this will be my designated florist when/as needed moving forward. Flower arrangement did not disappoint. It was just like the photo on the website and flowers were vibrant and fresh. Flowers were delivered as promised on the date and time scheduled. Great communication from ordering to delivery.
