I ordered online and there was in issue with my order not printing. They contacted me letting me know about the issue at the end of the day stating they still wanted to fill the order but with time restrictions they weren’t able to do the arrangement I had ordered but they would make sure it was just as good. At this time I’m expecting the flowers wouldn’t be able to be delivered until the next day.. nope, they worked hard, put something amazing together for my daughter and delivered that night. She absolutely loved them. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Delivery Policy
We deliver to local areas that we can reliably hand-deliver ourselves. Delivery availability may vary by location and schedule.
Cutoff Times: Same-day delivery orders must be placed by 3:30pm Orders placed after the cutoff may be delivered the following business day.
Delivery Fee: Local delivery is $12 depending on the delivery zone. Additional fees may apply for locations outside our regular area.
Missed/No-One-Home Deliveries: If no one is available, we will contact the recipient when possible and leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate. If delivery cannot be completed, a redelivery fee may apply.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
We review this policy whenever our delivery areas, fees, or hours change.
