Adkisson’s Floral did an absolutely amazing job on the arrangement I ordered for a friend in the hospital! I chose the designer’s choice, and they created such a beautiful arrangement—it turned out perfect. They even delivered it early, which meant so much. My friend said the flowers were absolutely gorgeous and it really brightened her day. You can tell they put a lot of care into what they do. I will definitely use Adkisson’s Floral anytime I need an arrangement. Highly recommend!
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
We deliver to local areas that we can reliably hand-deliver ourselves. Delivery availability may vary by location and schedule.
Cutoff Times: Same-day delivery orders must be placed by 3:30pm Orders placed after the cutoff may be delivered the following business day.
Delivery Fee: Local delivery is $12 depending on the delivery zone. Additional fees may apply for locations outside our regular area.
Missed/No-One-Home Deliveries: If no one is available, we will contact the recipient when possible and leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate. If delivery cannot be completed, a redelivery fee may apply.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
We review this policy whenever our delivery areas, fees, or hours change.
